The seven benefits of kindness of mindfulness meditation via the Vipassana meditation through personal experience of the Dharma of seven parts;

1. Purification from all kinds of defilements which in mind emptiness
2. Overcoming sorrow and worry in the suffering
3. Overcoming lamentation. Look like mid carry
4. Cessation of all kinds of mental suffering. Mind in the half way.
5. Cessation of all kinds of mental suffering. Mind in the way out.
6. Attainment of Enlightenment. Understanding of kindness.
7. Attainment of Nibbana. In the fully kindness by fully emptiness.

That is the Lord Buddha kindly let us know in Maha Sati Patthan in the seven benefits of mindfulness mediatation. To acquire these seven benefits If you are not sure, put strengthenuous effort into your practice. We are coming to make fully. Why? Because we believe in the Dharma teaching by Lord Buddha who enlightened and understood the Right Way.

We should not be complacent in the cessation of suffering. In the Pali saying or "there is a similar taste"which means, there is a great pond look like full of clear water with many lotus flowers in it. A traveller 's hands are dirty and not go to the pond to wash his hands. Try to put more effort to purify yourself all defilements and get rid of suffering by obtaining these seven benefits of mindfulness mediatation by the Lord Buddha Dharma teaching.
