Initially, I have writes this anthology Buddhist préceptes in language lao. With the intention of to return service to a big number of persons, I have decided to do it to translate in English. In 1983, the translation has been done by mister John D. Hugues, the Founder of the Center Buddhist discussion of d'Upwey, that was the adequate translator.
Mister John D. Hughes is born in Australia in 1930. Because of his incomparble awakening, while it was young, it eut the occasion to learn and to assimilate a big number of cultures to the breast of the corporation Australian multiraciale.
