to the Center of of buddhist exchanges

LuongTa Chanhphy Manivong célébra his 72nd birthday to the Center of buddhist exchanges (Upwey) the 21 March 1993. This was the occasion to celebrate the pose of our Wheel Dhammique (Dhammachakkra = wheel of the law) of granit that has been moved of his former site be érigée between the masts of Australian and Buddhist flags.

This change site has obtained the blessing of LuongTa and has coincided with the achievement of the translation of the work of the Dhamma.
