The book "Inside Meditation Vipassana-The middle way meditation of the six states of consciousness ( Bhumi 6 ).I would like to say thank you to enjoy my work and I will bring more in the future of the Buddha Dharma teaching to you.On my wish all the human being in the world to be happy and good life.

The Finally the meaning of Vipassana in the Lord Buddha Dharma teaching in Vipassana Meditation.

VIPASSANA is compounded of two words which is VI and PASSANA.

Note: Mindfully

Attentively and precisely. Superficial noting may make your mind more distracted. The mind must be stayed within the present. If you are looking for something while practising, the mind will be in the observation at every moment of whatever arises, it arises.

Labelling is a weak. If you do not label, you will tend to miss the object. Words are not essential but sometimes are helpful, especially in the beginning. Do not drop labelling unless it becomes a hindrance. It is important to note precisely every mental and phisical process which need to be realised in their true nature.

There are so many ways in the meditation of Lord Buddha 's teaching.

Only mind has to be fully in the feeling via air-breathing by wisdom. In 32 parts of human body when these 32 conditions are separated from one another, it will be no longer classified as Sankhara (body formation). That in the beginning of meditation, when understanding by air from breathing, keep going on. By the word of all Lord Buddha Dharma teaching I write in this book, I would like to offer to whom wish to follow Dharma teaching by Lord Buddha. Please enjoy by yourself. Will make you be happy.
