CONCLUSION
THING THAT WE CAN REALLY RELY ON
According to my understanding and Dharma practice in Buddhist principles, a human being, regardless of his ethnic origin, nationality, colour or creed, once encounters a life threatening danger, he will call on the Buddha, Dharma, Sanga, Gods and Goddesses, Devas, all the sacred beings in all the universe as well all the merits of their parents, teachers (depending on their faith and beliefs) to come and protect him and save his life from such a danger. On the other hand, I am quite certain that there will be no one who would call on his wealth to come and protect him.
In many countries of the world, we tend to see that important monuments were built to commemorate meritorious acts that someone or a number of people have done for their country, religion and for the public in general. Although these people may have already passed away, only their Sankhara have disappeared from the world, their noble reputation will remain forever.
For some of the wealthy people, who did not carried out any meritorious acts when they are still alive, after they have passed away, I have never seen any important monuments being built to commemorate their actions. This is why our Lord Buddha has taught us to understand the noble truth which we can really rely on. These noble truth is goodness / righteousness / good karma / meritorious acts / charitable acts whichever terms we want to use, while in Buddhist context we call them Buddha Dharma which is Buddha Guna, Dharma Guna, Sanga Guna, Samati Sanga Guna, Guru Guna, Pita and Mata Guna. Apart from Buddha Dharma, there is nothing we can rely on and therefore I would like to leave this way of thinking for those who wish to understand further, but not for those who might have already understood all of these.
Each and everyone of us possesses certain level of knowledge. Some are more knowledgeable than the others. I tend to see that for people who are really knowledgeable, they do not seem to proclaim themselves to be so. For example, look at our Lord Buddha, he possesses the highest level of knowledge any human being in this world can imagine. In his Teachings, Lord Buddha keeps reminding us that one should never ever claim to attain a superhuman state by look down on others to be less knowledgeable. Those who claim to be so are in fact ignorant.
Before leaving all of you, I would like to say that my Dharma tour in New Zealand was supported by The Thai Ambassador to New Zealand his Deputy, Mr Chamaiphorn Thoumayods and their families and I would like to wish them every happiness and success. and also, I would like to call on the Power of the Buddha Guna to shower his blessing to all of us and whatever sufferings we may encounter in this life, may all that sufferings disappear from our Citta and whatever happiness we have may that happiness remain in our Citta forever. May the Teachings of Buddha continue to flourish in this world. Sadhu Anumodhami.
All the Dharma I have written in this Volume has been obtained from my personal practice from 1994-1997 according the Teachings of Lord Buddha. Therefore, I would like to give these Dharma gifts to all who wish to better understand Dharma. May all of you be Happy and Free from Sufferings. Sadhu.
